How do I find the correct custom fit liner for my bin?

Each of our bins has a specific letter code (A through U) located inside the lid or on the packaging. Simply match this letter to the liner pack to ensure a perfect, no-slip fit.

Do you offer free shipping on orders?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Members of our rewards program may also qualify for additional shipping benefits.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

First, ensure the pump is fully charged and the soap is not too thick. We recommend flushing the sensor with warm water or using our specialized cleaning kit to clear any clogs in the internal valves.

Are your products compatible with all soap brands?

While our pumps work with most liquid soaps without exfoliants or beads, we recommend using simplehuman soap refills for optimum performance and to prevent clogs.
