Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.
Pack Your Product
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then securely affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
